Diljit Dosanjh took to Instagram to share another one of his cooking videos, this time you can see him making a bread omelette. It looks like the actor is cooking in a room. So he made a makeshift gas stove by putting in an electric stove and covering it with cardboard. He also cooks by the window so that the smoke from his kitchen can escape. In the video, Diljit can be heard saying, “Bro, it’s called jugaad. Khidki khol do dhua bhar, and it’s called jugaad. (Bro, it’s called jugaad. Crack an egg into a bowl and place it there. Vegetables like carrots, spring onions, tomatoes and bell pepper can be added after whisking. Mix again while adding your favorite masalas. Pour this mixture into a saucepan, cooking it just enough on both sides. Add a piece of bread, fold the omelette and cook it again. Take it out and serve it once it is nicely browned.
