Recipe: Makes two servings

Ingredients:

4 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of butter

¼ onion

4 tablespoons of tomato paste

8 tablespoons heavy cream

1 tablespoon of vodka

red pepper flakes

Pinch of diced garlic

4 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Chopped basil

225g penne pasta

Method:

Heat olive oil, diced garlic and onion in a large saucepan until tender. Add your tomato paste and cook until caramelized.

Add your vodka and heavy cream and cook.

Add red pepper flakes, feel free to add more than a tablespoon for an extra spicy dish. Season with salt and pepper.

Stir until all the ingredients are combined, then cook the pasta separately.

Add your butter and stir over medium heat until the sauce is smooth.

Save a quarter of the water from the pasta before draining it and add it with the pasta to the sauce. Add Parmesan and basil to serve and feel free to add an extra pinch of salt and pepper.

4 chicken fillets

12 brioche buns

2 eggs

Recipe: For one person

Ingredients:

1 chopstick

Diced tomatoes

crushed garlic cloves

Chopped green onions

A pinch of chopped basil

2 tablespoons of vodka

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Combine crushed garlic, onions, basil, vodka and olive oil in a bowl. Cover the bowl and let sit for half an hour, allowing the flavors to soak in and blend.

Thinly slice your baguette slices and lightly toast them until golden brown on both sides.

Once grilled, add your mixture and the crushed tomatoes to your toast.
